PROPOSALS
BEIGNETS:
The beignets is the cake more suitest of carnival "Mardi Gras" and this cake is also eat like a
desert.
This cake is not so sustainable, but because of that we made some changes, so it can be eaten without any problem.
So first we change the recipe, the original recipe is:
- 125 cc of water
- 1 package of yeast
- 50 gr of lard
- 100 gr of sugar
- Salt
- 250 cc of warm milk cream
- 2 eggs beaten
- 950 gr of common flour
- 1 lt vegetable frying oil
- Sugar glass
So, First we noticed that it has a lot of yeast, so we decreases it to only the half of the package. The second thing that we change in the recipe is the quantity of sugar, so we decreases to only 60 gr sugar because people would like it more sweetest than not. Also we decreases the quantity of warm milk cream to 195 cc. And finally thing that we change is the quantity of vegetable frying oil
to the half.
SANCOCHO DE LAS 7 CARNES
The sancocho de las 7 carnes is a very interesting plate, but..is it sustainbale? Well...yes, is sustainable.
So this plate is prepared with:
So here we can find two meats to bad to the envirnomnent and to our health. So one is the Chiguiro's meat, this is a meat that it is to bad to our envirnomental because the chiguiro is in danger of extintion so they are so important for us. And the other one is the meat of chicken that can be bad to us because we are not sure if is injected with hormones or if it is sustainable.

THESIS
We want that our school could be sustainable, and for that we make this project in which we select food for our principal ideam sustainable food, also we make a survey to know different opinion of the project and our food.
We think that this make us to be more aware of our healthy and the planet that are the parameters for a sustainable life.
